NWS Engineering Limited ("NWSE"), is a member of NWS Holdings Limited. NWS Holdings Limited (“NWS Holdings”, Hong Kong stock code: 0659), the infrastructure and service flagship of New World Development Company Limited (Hong Kong stock code: 0017), embraces a diversified range of businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. Its Infrastructure portfolio includes Roads, Energy, Water and Ports projects. Its Service & Rental division comprises Facilities Rental (the management of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and ATL Logistics Centre), Contracting (Hip Hing Construction and NWS Engineering), Financial Services (Taifook Securities and New World Insurance) and Other Services (New World First Bus, Citybus and New World First Ferry).

NWSE has been active in the China market for over two decades, since the completion of the Guangzhou China Hotel project in 1982. In order to cope with changes in market conditions due to China WTO accession and in response to Decree No.113 jointly issued by MOC and MOFCOM, we applied and approval was granted in July 2003 by MOFCOM for the establishment of NWS Engineering Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in China. A Class One General Contracting Certificate for E&M Systems Installation was also granted by MOC in the same year. The incorporation of NWSE combines and consolidates the engineering strength and resources of Far East, Majestic and Young's and enables it to provide valued added efficiency and expediency in the planning, execution and delivery of projects.

As a comprehensive interdisciplinary E&M engineering services provider in China, NWSE has created and developed a single, quick and efficient resource for E&M engineering services and is able to offer a "one stop shop" service to its customers.
